We treat a number of allergy and sinus conditions to help our patients to regain their quality of life, incuding nasal congestion, facial pressure, sinus pain, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, rashes, and difficulty breathing.
Audiology
ENT Carolina has four doctors of audiology on staff with board-certified physicians at each location, and we offer many audiology services, including the evaluation and fitting for hearing aids.
Head and Neck
Our team treats sore throats, parotid masses, thyroid masses, neck masses, snoring, swollen lymph nodes, salivary disorders, and swelling in the head or neck.
Balloon Sinuplasty
Balloon Sinuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure used to enable qualified ENT doctors to dilate the obstructed sinus of patients suffering from sinusitis offering long-term relief for patients.
Walk-In Clinic
We offer the convenience of our walk-in clinic at our Gastonia office location on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No appointment or referral is needed. We accept most major insurance plans and offer additional payment options.

Meet Dr. Chester Rollins, MD Board Certified Otolaryngologist
Dr. Rollins holds a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and was trained at Emory University affiliated hospitals and Duke University hospitals. He studied under several renowned surgeons who perfected the safety and efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery. Dr. Rollins specializes in nasal and sinus disorders and related allergies.
Kingsley Chin, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Chin specializes in treating patients with sinus and allergy disorders. He believes in treating chronic sinus disorders with a comprehensive medical approach that involves the use of the latest medications, the evaluation and treatment of both air borne and food allergies, and the evaluation of the immune system.
John Jarboe, MD, began pursuing his dream of becoming a physician as a student in high school.
Dr. Jarboe is a certified balloon sinuplasty surgeon. He uses videostroboscopy to help fully diagnose problems of the voice. He also sees patients with hearing loss; ear, throat and facial pain; neck masses; throat infections; hoarseness; and evaluation for cancers of the ear, nose and throat.
Karen Hoffmann, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Hoffmann specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of patients with Eustachian tube dysfunction, hearing loss and chronic ear disease, and allergy and sinus disorders.
Meet John Coleman, Jr., MD
Dr. Coleman works with innovators in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery using state of the art instrumentation and the latest techniques. He became skilled in numerous procedures including endoscopic brow lifting, deep plane face lifting, rhinoplasty, laser surgery, cleft lip and palate repair and reconstruction of skin cancer defects.
